Leslie, you are so smart to offer this. I bookmarked it earlier and just came back to read it in full. I felt like I had to know about this option before I could commit to the commission expense. Very very helpful. And as you can imagine, I think I’m more sold on using an agent. I’m working with Mark Carmien who knows Northampton well.
