   MLS # 71310212…….i have seen the outside of this home as it is down the street from me. i do not know if i would qualify for a home or not, but would like to check. i am searching for something lower than what i pay for rent which is $725/mth. is the price negotiable for this home?

   Love this home but feel it’s a bit overpriced. Why on other sites is its estimated value much lower than the asking price. Is the list price negotiable? http://www.homes.com/Home-Prices/ID-500015045014/12-WENDYS-RD/

   Some sites (ie: Zillow and Trulia) do not give an accurate picture of value. I would be happy to show you this home (or any other) and do a free market analysis of the home’s value to discover if the asking price is too high. All asking prices are negotiable. Let me know!
