She began her career working alongside her mother, Shelley Weber, a broker-owner who shaped not only her professional foundation, but her understanding of what real estate really is: trust built slowly over time.
For nearly four decades, Lesley has worked, Lesley has worked as a salesperson, manager, trainer, speaker, author, and host of a local real estate television show. Today, she is an associate with Park Square Realty, serving buyers and sellers across Western Massachusetts and Northwest Connecticut, including Westfield, Southwick, Granby, and Simsbury.

She holds a degree in English from Westfield State University and continues to blend communication, storytelling, and technology in the way she markets homes and serves clients.
