Yes we do. They hang all over the office & are reviewed in meetings. We include our core values in our presentations. Those values are why I chose my company.

Lesley: Excellent! I think that’s a great idea to have those items in plain view all the time. And it’s even greater than you chose your company BECAUSE of their mission statement and core values. What were the specific elements that attracted you to your company?
I started to type a long response on the Facebook thread and then I realized that it was really a blog post and something that I should share with my readers, clients and the public at large.
So, without further ado, here are Park Square Realty (and Lesley Lambert’s) core values and also why I chose Park Square Realty and you should, too!
Lesley, that video was SO excellent! Thank you so much for taking the time and also caring enough to do that video. Simply brilliant that you had the genius thought to make this for your client sellers and client buyers too…and that you opted to respond via video than typing out some wordy tirade…SO much more effective doing the video. You were fabulous. (This act of yours also proves to me how valuable video is…we all need to do more of it…I “get” it !!! Thanks!)

Mike, thanks a bunch! I learned so much from you when I participated in the “Starmakers” class, but core values are something I have believed in since I was old enough to understand what that meant. I think, like so many parts of life, some people “get it” and some people don’t. I like to think I am part of the “get it” crowd and I work hard every day to provide my best.
