Step One

We’ll schedule a convenient time to meet with you via Zoom video conference or teleconference to go over our plan to get your home SOLD.

Step Two

Online Competitive Market Analytics (CMA). We’ll research current sales, pending sales, and completed transactions to find the best price for your home.

Step Three

I use Dotloop electronic signature platform to ensure you can sign all necessary documentations online, safely, and securely. We’ll explain all the forms you’ll need to submit and help you prepare them.

Step Four

My marketing plan begins with professional photos taken by my preferred photographer. Your home will be marketed at hundreds of online locations and various social media sites. Buyers will see your home showcased and can tour it virtually with a 360 degree virtual showing.

Step Five

I will provide sanitizing products for buyers and agents to use before entering your home. We will limit the number of people who enter your home at any one time. We will limit showings to only very serious buyers.

Step Six

Once an offer is received I will put my years of negotiation experience and training at work for you. I will continue to monitor your transaction through any due diligence periods and continue to negotiate and advise you during this period.

Step Seven

Your closing will be conducted safely and securely with minimum contact with others. if requested the attorney may arrange for you to close at a remote location from their offices.

This is the best part. You now get to tell all your friends and relatives your home is sold and you’re ready to move to the next adventure in your life. Congratulations and thank you for letting me help!
