On the latest episode of The Real Estate Wrapup (TREW Show), my cohost Nick and I discuss why home inspections are so important and the concept of Fung Shui in your home decor.

Home inspections are a key part of the home buying AND home selling process.  Nick and I discuss the different types of home inspections such as: structural, mechanical, pest, septic and others for both the home buyer and home seller.

We then go on to give a short lesson in the concept of Fung Shui and how certain colors can affect the energy in your home.
