Most people find this website because they’re looking for information about Western Massachusetts, local events, community guides, or real estate.
And that’s exactly what they’ll find.
But now and then I wander a little further afield.
Sometimes it’s a story about growing up in New England. Sometimes it’s a piece of local history that catches my attention. Sometimes it’s a memory, an observation, or a question that refuses to leave me alone until I write about it.
Over the last few months, I’ve been collecting those stories on Substack.
The Ted Lasso essay that somehow became a story about real estate. The one about CD liner notes and growing up Gen X. The night my first commercial listing caught fire. The odd little things that don’t quite belong on a real estate website, but still feel worth sharing.
