So today I did my first live question and answer session, only I didn’t get any questions!
People DID show up and watch, however, so it was a good thing that I had some materials prepared ahead of time for me to discuss!
First off I spoke about the different forms of agency that are common in my area: Seller Agent, Buyer Agent and Dual Agent.
Then I shared some market data for the towns I am most active in: Westfield, Southwick and Agawam.
