Should I Stay or Move?

HHome Decisions

A guided homeowner assessment

Should I stay—or is it time to move?

A house can hold a lifetime of memories and still stop fitting the life you are living now. That does not automatically mean you should move. It does mean the question deserves more than a hurried answer.

This takes about three minutes. Nothing is submitted, saved, or used to sell you anything. You will simply answer ten questions and receive a thoughtful reading of what your answers may be telling you.

And yes, I know which song is now playing in your head.

After nearly forty years in real estate, I have learned that the best decisions rarely begin with a listing appointment. They begin with clarity.

Question 1 of 10

Current question

A little honesty goes a long way

Choose the answer that feels most true today. You can go back and change any answer.

What your answers suggest

One thing I have learned after nearly four decades in real estate is that people rarely call because they suddenly want a different address. They call because something no longer feels quite right.

Sometimes the answer is moving. Sometimes it is changing the house, bringing in help, or simply getting better information. My job is not to convince you either way. It is to help you make a decision you will still feel good about five years from now.

A calm next step

You do not have to decide today.

A private conversation about the house, the likely numbers, the timing, and your realistic choices can replace a surprising amount of uncertainty. No pressure. No manufactured urgency.
