Why Should You Work With REALTOR, Lesley Lambert?

Choosing a Western Massachusetts REALTOR is a process that should be done after you have researched the agent’s abilities and heard what other customers have had to say about their experience working with this real estate agent.

I had the pleasure of helping a great couple who was relocating to Western Massachusetts this month. Their college friend is a real estate agent in Chicago and he used Facebook to post his referral and read this blog to research me before sending his friends to work with me. I love when a fellow REALTOR sends me a referral because other agents are very often more critical than clients.

These buyers, Doug and Judy were living in temporary housing hours from work and without their pets. We spent some time searching and negotiating, but last week we closed on a terrific house that they were very excited to move into.

In the course of real estate over the last few years, the short sale has become a normal part of my work as a REALTOR in Western Massachusetts. I have personal experience with the stress that a distressed sale can cause and have endeavored to do all I can to help others get out of their situation and move on with their lives.

As such, I have worked with many Western Massachusetts home sellers who need to sell with a short sale and that is how I met Janine. She called me after her previous listing expired. She had tried to sell her home in Chicopee, MA for enough to pay off the mortgage due, but current market conditions didn’t prove that sales price and after some research she realized she needed to try a short sale. Her real estate agent wouldn’t take the listing as a short sale, nor would the next agent she asked. She turned to Google and found me. I was happy to help her and while it wasn’t necessarily easy, together we got her Chicopee house sold and Janine was able to move on to the next chapter in her life.

I am grateful for the business, not only because I was able to sell the house, but I sold it to a lovely young couple who are just starting their lives and are thrilled with their first home. The greatest joy in this situation, however, is knowing that I was able to help a home owner in distress when no one else would and that she feels I did a good job for her.

This is a question that I have asked my past clients to answer for you. The answers, in their words, will tell you more about me and how I work than I could tell.

Today I want to share the story of Joelle and Darius (DJ) Breau. This lovely couple was referred to me by a friend from my years at Southwick High School in Southwick, MA and came to me excited to buy their first home during the First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit. Over the course of our i house hunt in Southwick, Westfield and Agawam, I grew very attached to these two with their smart wits and big hearts. As I work with different clients, our relationships develop in unique ways. My favorite experience is when a client becomes a close personal friend of mine.

Such is the case with Tom and Kelly Galanis of Westfield, MA.

This is a good question to which I am going to post a series of answers…supplied by my own past customers. Let them tell you why they worked with me and why it worked FOR them.
