The weather over the past month in Western MA has been getting a lot of people down. It is difficult to stay positive when it keeps snowing and temperatures are at an all time low, but I was inspired to try to turn a positive spin on the looming snow banks in Westfield, MA!
Armed with spray bottles and food colored water, my friend Julianne Krutka and I headed out the front doors of Park Square Realty to spread a little spring cheer to the residents of Westfield, MA!
I decided to issue a challenge to the residents and business owners of Westfield to get them involved. Here is my video throwing down the gauntlet:
Within a couple of hours residents started posting their artwork:
This was a fun way to spend some time outdoors on a sunny winter day. Let me know if you get inspired to create some spring artwork in the snow!

Park Square Realty is pleased to offer the local community an opportunity to shred their personal documents. The Shred Event will take place on Saturday April 12th at the Park Square Realty Office located at 345 N. Westfield Street in Feeding Hills, MA. Park Square has teamed up with the professionals of Infoshred to help your family avoid identity theft by offering this free document shredding event. The attendees can view their material being shredded in a small monitor that is located on the side of the truck.

Time: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
What: Up to 2 boxes (10” high x 12.5” wide x 16” deep) personal financial records, medical records, bank
statements, credit card statements, old tax returns and more.
*Space is limited so once the truck is full the event is over.
They did a bit of an interview with me and you can learn a bit more about why I got into real estate, why I love working as a REALTOR in Western MA and even:
“Describe the funniest or most entertaining transaction you’ve had.
I don’t know about entire transactions, but I have had many funny moments: gravestone headstones in basement floors, naked people, sleeping people, falling down in front of clients in the snow, falling down the stairs in front of clients…ah, never a dull moment in real estate!”
