So, I have a listing in Westfield, MA that is going under contract and today the appraiser called to make an appointment to view the property. This is good, EXCEPT, the appraiser is from central New Hampshire!
There is no denying that we are still rebounding from a huge financial disaster and I understand (better than most) how appraisals affected this problem. I know why we need to be conservative and careful but do we really need to be outright STUPID?
