Were You Foreclosed Upon in Western MA? Foreclosure Review May Offer Compensation!

Was your Western MA home foreclosed upon in 2009 or 2010?

If so, you may be eligible for a foreclosure review at no charge.  If errors are found in the review, you may receive compensation.

The Federal Reserve has set up a review board for homeowners who were foreclosed upon in 2009 and 2010.  This video explains the process:

Remember the requirements for application are:
1- You sent your loan payments to one of the servicers participating in this program. The list of servicers can be found at www.IndependentForeclosureReview.com
2- The action to foreclose on your home occurred between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010.
3- The foreclosed property was your primary residence.

You must complete the application form and submit it prior to September 30, 2012.

There is NO FEE for this service. You should be patient, results of your review could take several months. If you have questions you should visit the link above or call 1-888-952-9105.

Homeowners in Western MA and all around the country who were foreclosed upon should take this opportunity to see if there is some compensation.
