My parents were referred to Lesley from another agent around the summer of 2010. She gave a great first impression with a professional, courteous, and respectful personality. Lesley displayed a good deal of patience as my folks tried to make important decisions regarding the sale of their house.

She offered expert advice on pricing, market conditions, and aspects of the sale that aided in their efforts to find a buyer for their home in Westfield, MA. Chief among Lesley’s qualifications is her affinity for “new media.” Lesley is clearly ahead of the curve in utilizing all forms of advertizing and promoting her properties. Lesley was never pushy or tried to steer us in a certain direction, even after we found a buyer and entered the dreaded negotiation process. While some people may want their listing agent to take a more active role in this phase, we were quite pleased that she took a step back during that process and let us come to a final decision on our own.

Having gone through some frustrating experiences in the past with agents’ communication and availability, this was of particular concern. But we never had a problem reaching her via phone or e-mail, and was always quick to respond to our requests. She takes a genuine interest her clients’ requests.
