Do you have a young daughter? I do and she would love this room’s decor.
This room is sweet and whimsical while still being clean and classic.
This young girl’s bedroom would be a hit in Western MA and beyond!

It is a nice option because it is not too feminine and has an updated feel to it. It mixes great with other neutrals like beige, cream and black. It makes a great backdrop for layers of texture or even a bright addition of color to spice it up.
If you are trying to choose a new color scheme for a room in your home you can find wonderful options ranging from very light to charcoal that might be the perfect update to your home.

Being a Westfield, MA REALTOR can get stressful. Sometimes that stress can get me down.
Over the last month I have embarked on a self managed “attitude adjustment”. At my sister’s urging, I began meditating regularly, which has made an almost immediate improvement.
Since adopting our adorable dog, Tate, I am getting outside and walking more which is not only good for my body, but my spirit, too, since I love to be outside (most of the time).
I also have been adding moments of gratitude to my day. As I walk to my car each time I think of one thing I am grateful for and remind myself before I unlock the door. When I sit down at the end of a long day I take a moment to be present in my home and be grateful for a safe, warm home.
You don’t have to be a Westfield, MA REALTOR to relate, do you?
Next up I plan to start keeping a gratitude journal. I used to do this and each night I would find five things I was grateful for in that day. Some days were harder than others, but in considering what I would chose to write down, I would be forced to remember that even just waking up is an item to for which to be grateful.
Today I found the image in the post above and thought that quote was the perfect mantra and reminder as I work on myself, my attitude and my happiness. I hope it helps you, too!
I will keep expanding on these efforts, because I need to remind myself that life is the whole thing…the living is THE thing and I need to enjoy the journey.

Last week Park Square Realty had their company awards breakfast.
This is always a nice morning and Ted Cassell and Barry Boccasille go out of their way to find ways to make the meeting unique and fun.
As the accolades were delivered and awards were handed out, I received my first award for total production and for being a member of Platinum club, reserved for the top agents at Park Square Realty.
I thought that was all that was in store for me so when my name was called out as the Company Leader for Most Transactions, I was floored! I had no idea that I had reached that achievement and I accepted my award with a real sense of surprise and pride.
You see, I don’t keep score on my transactions. I like being a top producer and I work hard to stay at the top, but that isn’t what is most important to me. Most important to me is how many people I can help.
I focus on the people I am helping and on thanking and sharing appreciation with those that have trusted me enough to work with me in the past or to send me their friends and family to help. So, it is such a point of pride to know that while doing that in 2013, I managed to reach a new personal record.
I look forward to new achievements and honors as I move through 2014, but what I really look forward to the most is discovering who I can help next!
